Pam creates all of her wildflower tiles using actual Door County, WI wildflowers and plants and impressing them into damp clay. Each piece is kiln-fired at 1900 degrees and then hand painted with acrylics. Each piece is hand cut to size, is one of a kind, and signed by the artist. Each tile is completed with a clear water resistant finish. They are suitable for use in back splashes, outdoors in a protected area, and table top inlays. They are not recommended for use as floor tiles, shower interiors, or on flat surfaces outdoors where freezing and thawing can occur.
Each tile is ready for hanging and table top stands are available for purchase for the smaller tiles for $10 each by request.
